Refund policy
RETURN
Please note that ➀ Last-call items, ➁ Archived items, and ➂ Underwear cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. For other items, you have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to ship back to us by following these steps:

Log into your Account, select the order you wish to return, and proceed with the return process. |
| 2. Print return label | Once approved (typically within 1 bus day), we’ll send you a prepaid return label* and instructions for scheduling a pickup or locating a drop-off point. |
| 3. Package the item | Please make sure the item you wish to return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we won’t be able to approve your return and issue a refund. |
*There is an estimated fee of 30–60 USD for every return that will be deducted from your refund when the return is processed. Original shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable. If there is an issue with the item due to our error, we will cover any return or exchange fees.
Delivery delays that occur during holidays, peak seasons, or due to other circumstances beyond our control are not considered a service issue. In such cases, any return requests will still be processed in accordance with our standard return policy.
EXCHANGE
We don’t offer direct exchanges. To request a size/color change, please start a return and select Exchange as the reason (1 item per order). We’ll follow up with available options.
LAST CALL
Items purchased as "Last call" are final sale and eligible for size exchange only (subject to availability).
CANCELLATION
Please note that all last-chance and archived items are final sales and are not eligible for cancellation.
Before we ship the order, you can email us at hello@demodemode.com to request a cancellation for a complete refund, including original shipping costs. However, a 5% international transaction fee will be deducted. A standard processing time of up to 2 business days is required for us to process your request.
Once the order is canceled, your payment will be refunded to your original payment source within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement.
REFUND
Once the returned merchandise has been quality checked and approved, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. It can take up to 15 business days to process the refund. It may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement. In the event the returned merchandise does not pass the quality check and is not approved, we reserve the right to withhold the payment and keep the returned merchandise.
Please note: original shipping and return shipping costs will not be refunded.
