Before you place your order, please confirm the shipping address, as later changes may result in additional charges. Any costs related to rescheduling delivery, re-delivery attempts, or other adjustments will be the customer’s responsibility.
Please note that items that were purchased on our archive sale or last chance category, are not eligible for return. Once you have received your order, you have 14 days to make a return.
Our delivery service does not cover post office boxes or military mailing addresses (APO, FPO). If the country of destination cannot be found in the checkout process, contact our customer service team at hello@demodemode.com to check the fee.

SHIPPING PROCESSING
Once your order is placed a standard processing time of 1–3 business days is required before the order is shipped out.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM (EST) may be processed the next business day, and orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day starting at 8:00 AM (EST).
DUTIES AND TAXES
Duties and taxes are included in prices for the majority of countries. For certain U.S. states, taxes may be calculated separately on the checkout page.
If a customer declines to accept a parcel due to any additional import duties or taxes, the customer will assume full responsibility for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs fees, and handling charges.
DELIVERY FAILURE
If, after two attempts, delivery of your parcel becomes impossible, we will try to find a safe place to leave it, and we will also leave a note to let you know where your package is and how to pick it up. If you are away from the place of delivery at the convened time, please contact us to agree on another delivery date.
If, 14 days after your parcel is available for delivery, the package has yet to be delivered for reasons not attributable to us, we will understand that you want to cancel the agreement, which will be terminated. Following that termination, we will refund you the price paid for these products as soon as possible, and within a maximum of 30 days from the date, we will terminate the agreement. In such a case, we will be authorized to charge you the transportation costs arising from the shipping and termination costs.
DELIVERY DELAYS
Delivery delays that occur during holidays, peak seasons, or due to other circumstances beyond our control are not considered a service issue. In such cases, any return requests will still be processed in accordance with our standard return policy.
